Warranty

A warranty written against the roll code, not against the invoice.

What is covered

Yellowing, cracking, blistering, delamination and adhesive failure under normal use — the failure modes that come from the film rather than from the installation.

What is not

Impact damage, scratches that do not self-heal, chemical burns, and anything caused by an installation that did not follow the TDS.

Term

Quoted with the programme. It depends on the line, the climate the film ships into, and whether the installer is certified — a seven-year film in Norway and a seven-year film in Dubai are not the same claim.

How a claim works

The roll code on the liner identifies the coating run. That is what the claim is registered against, so it follows the car rather than the shop that fitted it.

Who handles it

The distributor, not the end customer. We settle with the channel and the channel settles with the car.

Need the full document?

TDS, SDS and the installation guide for a specific line are issued on request, against the product code. Tell us the line and the market.

Ask them directly — we would rather answer before the roll ships.
