Clear film is judged on one thing a buyer cannot see in a sample: what it looks like in year four. Ours starts with a cast TPU base rather than a blown or calendered one, because casting is the only way to get an optically flat sheet with no flow lines. The top coat is applied on our own line, so the surface energy is a decision we make rather than a property we inherit.
Full TDS with thickness, haze, gloss, adhesion and elongation is issued with each quotation, against the roll code.
